摘要 目的:讨论PKC在运动性免疫抑制发生过程中的作用。方法:随机将动物分成正常对照组(A组),反复力竭组(B组),中等强度运动组(C组),每组8只。B组动物完成10 d递增运动至反复力竭,C组动物完成中等强度运动10 d,在末次运动后8 h取外周血和脾脏,分离血清测试IFN-γ、IL-4,脾脏分离淋巴细胞,裂解后测试P-PKC含量。结果:B组淋巴细胞PKC磷酸化程度显著低于A组(P<0.01),C组显著高于B组(P<0.01)。B、C组的IFN-γ含量均显著低于A组,而C组显著高于B组(P<0.05)。C组IL-4显著低于A组(P<0.01)和B组(P<0.05)。IFN-γ/IL-4比值B组显著低于A组(P<0.05),C组显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论:中等强度运动对Th1/Th2平衡和PKC活性影响不大,没有导致运动性免疫抑制,递增负荷运动至反复力竭可使Th1/Th2平衡向Th2方向漂移,使体液免疫相对亢进,表现运动性免疫抑制,这可能与PKC活性显著降低有关。 Purpose: The present study discussed the effects of PKC on the process of mobility immune suppression. Methods: Animals were randomly divided into the normal control group (Group A), repeated exhaustion group (Group B ) and medium intensity movements (Group C), with 8 rats in each group. After Group B were treated with activity with increasing training load repeatedly till exhaustion for 10 days and Group C with medium load activity for 10 days, peripheral blood and spleen were obtained from Group B and Group C 8 hours after the last activity. IFN-γ and IL-4 were tested after separating serum, and P-PKC contents were tested after splitting when lymphocytes were separated from spleen. Results: KPC phosphorylation degree of lymphocytes of Group B was remarkably lower than that of Group A ( P 〈0.01 ), while Group C was significantly higher than Group B ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with Group A, the IFN-γ contents of Group B and C were notably lower, and those of Group C were significantly higher than Group B (P 〈 0.05). The contents of IL-4 of Group C were notably lower than those of Group A (P 〈0.01 ) and Group B (P 〈0.05). Compared with Group A, IFN-γ ,1L- 4 ratio contents of Group B were notably lower than Group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while those of Group C were significantly higher than those of Group B. Conclusions: Exercises with moderate intensity have little effect on Thl/Th2 balance and PKC activity and fail to suppress mobility immunity. Repeated exercises with progressively increasing load till exhaustion can make Thl/Th2 balance drift toward Th2 and accentuate relatively body fluid immunity, shown as mobility immune suppression, which is probably related to notable degrade of PCK activity.
