SMA/PA6界面化学反应的流变学测试

摘要 采用流变学的方法研究了剪切作用下苯乙烯-马来,酐共聚物(SMA)/尼龙6(RA6)体系的界面化学反应。固定可反应界面面积,从化学反应动力学的角度分析剪切提高界面化学反应速率的原因。研究发现,随着SMA/PA6界面上施加角频率和应变的增大,界面化学反应速率增大,化学反应动力学由一级扩散控制反应向二级化学反应控制转变,表明剪切加快可反应基团向界面扩散速率。 Chemical kinetics was investigated to understand effect of shear on chemical reaction at styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA)/nylon 6 (PA6) interface with fixed area through the rheologicaI method. The main reason why sharing can improve the rate of the chemical reaction at the reactive interface was analyzed from the kinetics of the chemical reaction. The experimental results show that the rate of the chemical reaction is increased with increasing angular frequency and the strain applied at the interface, and the chemical kinetics changes from the first-order diffusion-controlled reaction to the second-order chemical reaction-controlled reaction, indicating that shear can accelerate diffusion rate of the reactive group to the interface.
