摘要
针对液压系统故障的多发性、故障在封闭回路中的传递性、设备构造的复杂性等特点,结合架桥机液压系统实际运行情况和专业人员经验知识,运用基于模糊理论的架桥机液压系统故障诊断方法,分析了其模糊诊断过程,提出了一种基于时间区间的概率统计法确定模糊诊断矩阵,并采用阈值与最大隶属相结合的诊断原则进行故障诊断,应用实例证明了其实用性和有效性。
According to the characteristics of hydraulic system failure such as the multiformity of fault features,fault transmission in hydro-circuits,complexity of hydraulic device construction etc.,combined with the practical situation of a bridge erector's hydraulic system and a large quantity of professional experts'experience,the fuzzy diagnosis process of this system has been analyzed by establishing the fuzzy malfunction diagnostic model.Fuzzy diagnostic matrix has been obtained by probability statistic method based on time interval.Diagnosis principle is defined by combining threshold principle with maximum subordination principle.Finally,an example was given to prove the feasibility and validity of the approach.
