摘要
毛细管固相微萃取技术作为一种新型微萃取技术,与其他固相微萃取技术比较具有萃取效率高、固定相种类丰富、易于与其他分析技术联用等优点。本文主要综述了毛细管内固相微萃取技术的萃取模式、固定相制备、萃取参数优化及与色谱在线联用情况。
A novel microextraction techniques using capillary tube SPME have several advantages over other microextraction techniques,such as excellent extraction capability、various stationary phases and conveniently coupling with other analytical techniques.This review focused on extraction mode、preparation of stationary phases、optimization of parameters and its on-line coupling with chromatograph.
