摘要
对轨道列车6005A—T6铝合金侧墙板的搅拌摩擦焊(FSw)接头性能展开研究,从微观组织、拉伸性能、弯曲性能和疲劳性能等方面对FSW接头进行综合评定。试验结果表明,列车侧墙板FSW接头内部呈现出细小均匀等轴晶粒,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷,拉伸性能超过母材拉伸性能的80%,弯曲性能优异,在0.7风的应力等级下疲劳性能循环寿命超过2×10^6次。该研究成果直接应用于列车侧墙板产品的批量生产,极大地提高了生产效率、降低生产成本、提高接头质量。
The properties of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy friction stir welding(FSW)joints of sidewall panels in the railway train were studied, which were systematically evaluated from the aspects of microstructure,tensile properties,bending properties and fatigue performance.The results show that fine and uniform equiaxed grains are found in the joints,and there are no cracks,holes and other defects in the joint.The tensile properties are higher than 80% of base metal tensile properties,the bending performance is excellent,and the fatigue performance is over 2× 10~6 times at the stress level of 0.7R_m.Results of the research have been directly applied to the production of sidewall panels,which greatly improves production efficiency,and reduces production costs,and improves the joint quality.
