摘要 结合搅拌摩擦焊技术在铝合金领域应用的优势和特点,研究了一种新型的轨道车辆铝合金枕梁结构。采用弧焊和搅拌摩擦焊相结合的焊接工艺,根据其结构特点及制造精度要求,制定详细的工艺方案,设计有效的工装及防变形控制措施,保证搅拌摩擦焊对部件的精度要求。枕梁是轨道车辆底架受力的关键部件,其结构复杂,对焊接质量要求高;采用MIG弧焊预组装,外侧长直焊缝搅拌摩擦焊的焊接工艺,在改善车间作业环境的同时提高了部件的整体质量。采用的工艺方案及工装能为此类型的产品工艺设计提供参考。 A new kind of railway vehicles aluminum alloy corbel structure was designed companied with the advantages and characteristics of FSW technology used for aluminum alloy welding,The detailed MIG welding combined with FSW welding technique shceme was designed according the structure feature and manufacture precision accuracy and then the manufacture structure was designed to prevent the deformation.The results showed that the MIG welding tecimology could be used under the pre-assembly and the FSW wehting technnlogy could be used under the outer straight welded joints. The combined technology both improve the environment and quality.
