摘要
从外引玉米种质资源中选育出6份玉米自交系(C-1、C-2、C-3、C-4、C-5和C-6),以代表国内5大类群的5个玉米自交系(昌7-2、丹340、郑58、Mo17和丹988)为测验种,按NC-Ⅱ遗传交配设计,组配出30份玉米杂交组合,对测交自交系进行了主要农艺性状配合力分析。研究结果表明,自交系C-1、C-2、C-6的综合农艺性状较好,在育种上有较好的利用价值;在产量性状方面,自交系C-1与丹340和郑58、C-2与丹988、C-6与昌7-2、Mo17和丹988有较强杂种优势,血缘关系较远,他们与这些类群的自交系容易形成高产组合。
Thirty combinations were derived from six inbred lines(C-1,C-2,C-3,C-4,C-5 and C-6) which selecting from exotic germplasm resources as basic materials and with five inbred lines representing five local groups as testers,according to NC-Ⅱ mating design,and the combining ability of main agronomic characters were studied.The results showed that: the inbred lines C-1,C-2 and C-6 had better comprehensive agronomic characters and higher utilization value in breeding,and in aspect of yield traits,the inbred lines C-1with 丹340 and Zheng58,C-2 with 丹988,C-6 with Chang 7-2,Mo17 and 丹988 had strong heterosis in yield,respectively.Because of the farther blood relationship,they and inbred lines of the groups easily formed high-yielding combinations.
