摘要
建立二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC或铜试剂)光度法测定铜含量的方法。实验结果表明,在pH值4~5的条件下,Cu-DDTC配合物的最大吸收波长为460 nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.0×104L/(mol.cm),线性范围为0~2.4μg/mL,加标回收率为94.9%~104.1%,RSD为3.1%~5.7%。该方法可用于样品中常量铜的测定,并且大量的银存在时也不干扰铜的测定。经用于银包铜粉样品中铜含量的测定,结果符合要求。
A method to determine the content of copper by spectrophotometry with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate was established.The results indicated that under the medium of pH 4~5,the maximum absorption wavelength of the Cu(Ⅱ) and DDTC micellar complex is at 460 nm,the apparent molar absorptivity coefficient is 1.0×104 L/(mol·cm).The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~2.4 μg/mL.The recovery is 94.9%~104.1%,with relative standard deviation is 3.1%~5.7%.It is an excellent method to determine constant copper at acidic conditions as well as exclute the interference of a large number of silver by choosing the appropriate conditions.The proposed method has been applied in determination of copper in sample of silver coated copper powder with satisfactory results.
