摘要
以硝酸胍和乙酸丙酮为原料,采用L9(34)正交实验法,以物料比、催化剂用量、反应时间为考察因素,优选2-氨基-4,6-二甲基的最佳合成工艺。结果表明,2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶的最佳合成工艺为:硝酸胍与乙酰丙酮用量比为6∶8,碳酸钾用量1.0 g,反应时间24 h。
The synthesis technology of 2-amino-4,6-dimethyl pyrimidine was optimized using ureamine nitrate and acetic acetone as materials by L9(34) orthogonal experiment.The influence of ratio of materials,catalyst dosage and reaction time were studied.The results showed the optimal conditions were as follows:the ratio of ureamine nitrate to acetic acetone was 6∶8,potassium carbonate amount was 1.0 g,reaction time was 24 h.
