摘要
由2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸经酰化后得酰氯,再与2-氨基-4,6-二取代嘧啶反应制得9个未见文献报道的N-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2-基)-2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰胺.目标化合物结构经元素分析,IR和1H NMR确证.进行了除草活性筛选,其中2个目标化合物对单子叶和双子叶的供试杂草均显示高效的除草活性.
Nine new target compounds of N-(4,6-disubsfituted-2-pyrimidinyl) -2,4-di- cholorobenzoxy acetamide series were synthesized by reaction of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetyl chloride with 2-amino-4,6-disubstituted pyrimidine. The structure of target compounds were determined by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR and IR. The preliminary herbicidal screening tests demonstrated that two of the target compounds had excellent inhibitory activity against weeds tested.
