摘要
目的探讨手术患者的心理问题及护理措施。方法将我院手术患者30例设为观察组，并与干预前及中矧常模进行对比，评估手术患者的心理问题并给予心理护理干预。结果观察组患者干预前SCL-90各因子分明显高于中国常模及干预后（P〈0．05）。结论手术患者大都存在一定程度的心理问题，加强心理护理尤为重要。
Objective To investigate the psychological problems and nursing intervention of surgical patients. Methods 30 surgical patients were assigned to the study group and 30 nonsurgical patients were allocated the control group. The psychological problems were evaluated and nutting intervention was performed on all the patients. Results The scores on the SCL-90 in the study group were markedly elevated after intervention and were notably higher than the Chinese norms （ P〈 0.05 ）. Before intervention, the scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Surgical patients almost have certain degrees of psychological problems. It is of importance to strengthen nursing intervention.
