摘要
目的通过观察护理访视对乳腺癌根治术患者机体的影响，探讨护理干预措施和预防方法。方法将接受相同术式的62例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各31例，观察组患者运用术前访视沟通、增加人文关怀并加以应激干预，对照组患者采用传统常规护理方法，观察患者情绪、血压、心率、并发症等的变化情况。结果观察组患者人手术室时的血压和心率与基础值相比变化不明显（P〉0．05），对照组患者人手术室时的血压和心率与基础值相比变化明显升高（P〈0．05），观察组患者在并发症及护理满意度方面亦明显优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论术前访视沟通干预对策可显著减轻或消除患者情绪障碍，提高心理健康水平，降低术后并发症，促进身心康复。
Objective To explore the measures of nursing intervention and prevention observing the influ- ence of preoperative visit on patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Method 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group, 31 for each group. Observation group were given preopera- tive visit or communication, proper humanistic concern, and stress intervention, while control group received con- ventional care. Observed the changes of emotion, blood pressure, heart rates, and so on and complications in all patients. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of observation group before the operation did not obviously differ from the base value（P 〉 0.05）, while that of control group revealeda remarkable rise（P 〈 0.05）. Fewer com- plications happened in observation group than in control group （P 〈0.05）. The patients of observation group were more satisfied than the ones of control group. Conclusion Preoperative visit can remarkably mitigate or eliminate the patients＇ emotional disorder, improve their mental health, reduce their postoperative complications, and pro- mote patients＇ physical and psychological recovery.
