摘要
目的比较安舒和吉妮致美两种含吲哚美辛IUD的避孕效果和不良反应。方法对498例分别放置安舒和吉妮致美IUD的妇女进行1年的临床观察和对照研究。结果在12个月的随访中,因带器妊娠、IUD下移或脱落导致停用率安舒组明显高于吉妮致美组(P<0.05),放置后月经过多、经期延长、淋漓出血、腰腹酸痛、白带增多等不良反应率及因症取出率安舒组明显低于吉妮致美组。结论两种IUD避孕效果均较理想,吉妮致美IUD带器妊娠、下移和脱落率低,相对安全,更适用于有带器妊娠史或IUD下移脱落史的妇女,安舒IUD的月经过多、经期延长、淋漓出血等不良反应少,更适用于放置IUD后月经异常的妇女。
Objective Compare the contraceptive effect and side effect of active γ-IUD Ⅱ and GeneFlex IUD.Methods Clinical observate and control study 498 cases of women being placed with active γ-IUD Ⅱ and GeneFlex IUD for 1 year.Results In the 12 months of followup,pregnancy with IUD、IUD down or off lead to discontinuation,the discontinuation rate of active γ-IUD Ⅱ team was higher than GeneFlex IUD team（P〈0.05）,abnormal menstruation,menstrual extended,dripping blood,waist and abdominal soreness,leucorrhea after placement.The rate of these side effects,and removal rate for medical reasons in active γ-IUD Ⅱ team were lower than GeneFlex IUD team.Conclusion The contraceptive effect of these two IUD were both satisfactory,GeneFlex IUD is relatively safe and is more suitable for the women who have the history of pregnancy with IUD、IUD down or off,because the discontinuation rate by pregnancy with IUD、IUD down or off was lower than active γ-IUD Ⅱ.Side effect of active γ-IUD Ⅱ including abnormal menstruation,menstrual extended,dripping blood,etc.is fewer,active γ-IUD Ⅱ is more suitable for the women appearing abnormal menstruation after placed IUD.
