摘要 本研究旨在探讨肝脏自然杀伤T淋巴细胞(natural killer T cells,NKT细胞)细胞免疫功能异常在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)组织病理学变化中的作用及对微生态制剂的影响,以期为了解NASH的发病机制及寻找有效的治疗药物提供依据。
