摘要
采用L9(33)设计正交实验,以浓度28%的硫酸为基础电解液,通过对氧化时间的优化,得出2A12铝铜合金硬质阳极氧化的最佳工艺条件:电流密度4A/dm2、槽液温度-8℃、氧化时间90m in,在此条件下生成的硬质氧化膜膜厚大于40μm,硬度可达340HV,点滴实验耐腐蚀时间大于30m in.
Used L9(33) orthogonal experiment and the 28% concentration of H2SO4 as the base electrolyte,optimized oxidation time,a good HAO composition of the electrolyte system for 2A12 aluminum alloy was found out,The current density was 4A/dm2,electrolyte temperature was-8℃,oxidation time was 90min.The thickness of the hard anodizing film was greater than 40μm,the micro-hardness was up to 340 HV and for drop experiment,corrosion time was longer than 30min.
