摘要
综合实践活动课程需要解决教师有效指导的问题。通过以问卷调查为主、访谈为辅的调研方式,对漳州、龙岩等地进行实地调查,发现教师在综合实践活动指导中仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,主要包括:侧重单一领域指导,忽视四大领域整合;侧重集体指导,忽视个别指导;侧重阶段指导,忽视细节指导;侧重课内指导,忽视课外指导等问题。学校可以通过整合实施课程,建立指导规范,完善导师制度,扩大合作平台,以促进教师在综合实践活动中的有效指导。
Comprehensive practical activity requires effective guidance of teachers.We made a survey by questionnaires and interviews in Zhangzhou,Longyan,and other places.The results reveal that there are still some urgent problems existing in teacher＇s guidance in comprehensive practical activity such as focusing on a single field while ignoring the integration of the four areas;focusing on group guidance while ignoring individual instruction;emphasizing stage guidance while neglecting the details guidance and emphasizing classroom instruction while neglecting extracurricular instruction.Therefore,schools need to integrate the curriculum,establish the guiding norms,improve tutorial systems and expand cooperation platform to promote effective guidance of teachers in comprehensive practical activity.
