摘要
教师继续教育既是教师提高自身素质的要求,也是新课程改革对提高教师教学实践能力的要求。教师培训的逻辑起点是教师培训的出发点和落脚点,包括教师的需求、时代的需求、培训的需求、学生的需求,这四个逻辑要素的关系是相互影响、相互制约的。其中,学生需求是根本,教师需求是起点,时代需求是前提,培训需求是落脚点。它们是教师培训工作的指导思想、根本方向,使教师培训研究方法更加深刻、科学,使教师培训研究更加系统化、科学化。
The continuing education of teachers can not only satisfy teachers' self-improvement requirements but also meet demands of the new curriculum reform.The logical starting point of teacher training is the starting point and standpoint of teacher training,which includes the requirements of teachers,the time,training and students.These four logic elements are inter-constraint,among which student needs are the foundation,teachers' demand is the starting point,the demand of the time is the premise and training needs are the foothold.Therefore the logic starting points under discussion is of far-reaching significance.They are the guidelines for and the fundamental direction of teacher training;they can scientifically guarantee the profoundness of research methods applied in teacher training and make teachers training study more systematic and scientific.
