摘要
通过对高等教育教学质量本质与内涵的研究,构建影响教育教学质量的系统层次结构,采用层次分析法建立数学模型,对影响高等教育教学质量因子进行定量分析,得出了影响教学质量最主要的因素依次为办学特色、办学理念与学校定位、教师的教学能力以及科研能力、人才培养模式、教风学风.该结论为高校进一步提高教育教学质量提供了新的参考.
The nature and content of higher education teaching quality are discussed,the influencing system hierarchy is constructed for teaching quality,and analytic hierarchy process is applied to establish mathematical models.By analysis of the higher education teaching quantitative factor,main reasons of teaching quality are obtained such as educational philosophy and orientation,teaching ability and research capacity of teachers,student training mode,learning and teaching's attitude,which provides new references for enhancing college teaching quality.
