摘要
以5 a生李属彩叶植物紫叶李、美人梅盆栽苗为试材,设置土壤铅含量为ck(不加铅)、300、900、1500、2100(mg.kg-1干土),研究不同土壤铅含量对其叶片膜脂过氧化程度、抗氧化酶活性、有机渗透调节物质含量的影响,结果表明:随着铅含量的不断升高,两种植物的相对电导率、氧自由基产生速率、丙二醛(MDA)含量增加;叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化均呈先上升后下降相似趋势;叶片脯氨酸含量不断增加,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量先升后降。
Five-years-old colored-leaf species in Prunus were treated by Pb2+ to explain their resistance to Pb2+ stress.The soil salt contents were set as control(without Pb2+),300,900,1 500 and 2 100(mg·kg-1)respectively.The changes in membrane lipid peroxidation,antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance contents were investigated during the stress.With the increased of soil Pb2+ content,membrane lipid peroxidation,superoxide anion radical generating rate and contents of malondialdehyde increased.Superoxide dismutase,and peroxidase increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Pb2+ content.Proline contents kept increasing.Soluble sugar and soluble protein contents increased to the maximum value and then decreased.
