呼吸音成像技术在气道阻塞性疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察呼吸音成像技术鉴别急性呼吸困难病因的价值。方法采用呼吸音成像技术采集32例气道阻塞性疾病(OAD)性呼吸困难患者(OAD组)、39例非OAD性呼吸困难患者(非OAD组)及16例健康查体者(对照组)的呼吸音,比较动态和静态图像特征、计算呼吸周期吸气峰(PIV)和呼气峰(PEV)比值(I/E振动峰值比)、吸气及呼气时间比值(I/E时间比)。结果与其他两组比较,OAD组动态、静态图像特征具有明显异质性,且I/E振动峰值比、I/E时间比显著降低(P均<0.01)。结论呼吸音成像技术可初步鉴别急性呼吸困难病因,在OAD诊断中具有重要价值。
