摘要
目的探讨运用中医整脊调曲法治疗软组织性腰痛、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床疗效与腰椎椎曲的相关性。方法以理筋、调曲、练功为治疗原则,采用药熨、骨空针刺加普通针刺、推拿调曲、牵引调曲等整脊综合疗法,配合功能锻炼,以恢复患者腰椎的生理曲度为主要治疗目标,观察402例患者的疗效与腰椎椎曲恢复情况的相关性。结果总有效率98.75%,其中治愈+显效率89.55%,椎曲恢复优良(Ⅱ级以上)率73.63%,平均14个月随访优良率91.1%。结论软组织性腰痛、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症患者的疗效与腰椎椎曲密切相关,坚持功能锻炼能维持良好的疗效。
Objective To study the correlation between clinic effects of soft tissue lumbago,lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar vertebra curvature by adjusting curvature which comes from traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Using synthesized spinal treatment by the spinal orthopedic therapeutics such as medicine ironing,Gu-kong acupuncture and general acupuncture,Chinese traditional manipulation,suspension pulling,and assisted by fuctional exercises in all treatments which aims to rehabilitate patients＇ lumbar vertebra and observe the clinical effects of 402 cases.Results Total effective rate was 98.75%,clinical cured rate was 89.55%,among them,fine rate of cervical curvature rehabilitated was 73.63%（higher than the secondary level）,follow-up ranged 14 months fine rate was 91.1%.Conclusion There is a close relationship between the clinical effects of soft tissue lumbago,lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar vertebra curvature,and continuous functional exercise can consolidate therapeutic effect.
