摘要
应用模拟仿真技术,采用全因子实验设计方法,分析了拉深筋高度和压边力两因素对高强度钢U形件成形质量的影响。以减薄率和回弹量为成形质量目标,发现两目标为一对矛盾的指标,回弹量减小,则减薄率增大,反之亦然,不可能使两者同时达到最优。于是对成形质量进行多目标优化分析,运用MATLAB软件,对数据进行响应曲面分析,得到拟合精度很高的响应曲面,然后运用理想点法构造评价函数,求得高强度钢U形件成形质量多目标优化分析的最优解。
Using simulation technology and factorial design test, the effects of drawbead height and blank holder force on the forming quality of high strength steel U shape part were investigated. It is found that the quality evaluate indicators, the amount of thinning and springback are paradoxical, while the springback is smaller, the thinning is bigger, and vise versa. Therefore it is impossible to enable both indicators to get the best simultaneously. So a multi-objective optimization of forming quality was done with the help of MATLAB software and responsible surface method analysis. The very fitted responsible surfaces were got and then a evaluation function was made through ideal point. Thereafter the best answer to this multi-objective optimization was got.
