摘要
采用实验法,将学生随机分成两组进行实验,对照组进行常规教学,实验组实施表象训练。结果表明,有目的地运用表象训练能促进学生形成正确的篮球投篮技术动作表象,加速掌握动作技术和提高运动技能。
A certain number of college students are randomly put in a control group and an experimental group, with regular training in the formal group and imagery training in the latter one. The results show that purposeful use of imagery training promotes the formation of proper basketball shooting imagery, therefore it helps college students hasten their mastery of technical movement in basketball games.
