摘要
本论文研究了新月弯孢霉KA-91对甘草次酸的微生物转化。该菌株在28℃、180 r/min条件下振荡培养24 h,加入终浓度为0.04%的甘草次酸乙醇溶液。56 h后,停止转化。通过TCL、HPLC、MS1、H NMR和13C NMR分析,转化产物鉴定为7β羟基甘草次酸,转化率为41.1%;该研究丰富了新月弯孢霉作用底物范围,为7β-羟基甘草次酸的合成提供了一条新途径。
The biotransformation of glycyrrhetinic acid by Curvularia lunataKA-91 was studied.After the strain was incubated for 24h at 28℃,180r/min,glycyrrhetinic acid was added to 0.04%(m/V).The conversion reaction was ended after 56h.The purified product was identified as 7β-hydroxyl glycyrrhetinic acid by TCL,HPLC,MS,1H-NMR,and 13↑C-NMR techniques.The yield of 7β-hydroxyl glycyrrhetinic acid was 41.1% under the above biotransformation conditions.This result increased the substrate range of biotransformation by Curvularia lunata KA-91,and provided a novel method to the synthesis of 7β-hydroxyl glycyrrhetinic acid.
