摘要
过度投资行为在现代企业中是较为普遍的现象,这种低效率的企业投资行为损害了股东及其他利益相关者的利益,不利于企业的长远发展。鉴于当前企业存在的投资问题,对于过度投资的产生原因特别是抑制措施的研究具有十分重要的意义。文章从代理冲突观的视角剖析了过度投资产生的原因,并从经理人角度、债权人角度、大股东角度和加强监督角度提出了抑制过度投资的建议。
Ouer-investment is a universal phenomenon in the modern enterprises,and the inefficient investment activities damage the shareholder and stakeholders＇ interest,go against the long-term development of a enterprise.The study on the reasons and countermeasures of enterprises＇ over-investment is of great significance.This paper analyses the reasons of over-investment from the perspective of the agency conflict views,then put forward propsals to curb over-investment from four angles：the managers,shareholders,supervision of the creditors and monitoring effect.
