摘要
实习实训是高职院校实践教学的一个重要环节,实习实训的质量决定了高技能人才的技能水平和职业素养,因此有必要建立一套行之有效的实习实训质量评价体系。而现行评价体系存在评价对象局限于学生、评价方式单一、评价主体有限三大问题。针对这三个问题,结合"以人为本"、科学性、导向性原则,提出一套"三个三"评价体系,以期对高职院校实习实训质量评价体系的研究有所裨益。
Practices and professional trainings play an import role in practical teaching in vocational colleges,the quality of which decides students' skill levels and professional accomplishments.Therefore,an effective relevant appraisal system is essential.Current appraisal system is limited to the students with a single evaluation mode and limited evaluation subjects,so a "three-three" appraisal mode is proposed in this essay based on the principles of people-orientation,scientificity and comprehensive orientation.
