摘要
食品安全是事关人民群众生命安全的大事,然而恶性事件却频频出现,为此笔者从道德文化建设、监管机制、法律措施等方面进行了原因分析,并从法律角度进行了深入思考,以期对解决食品安全问题有所帮助。
Food safety is a matter about the safety of people＇s lives, but serious incidents are frequent. The author analyzed the reasons from moral and cultural construction, regulatory mechanisms, legal measures and other aspects and in-depth thought from legal point of view in order to be helpful to solve food safety problems
