摘要
运用文献资料等方法,结合训练理论的发展对周期理论存在的问题进行研究,为未来广大教练员安排运动训练时,正确地处理好比赛与训练的关系,同时还为将来的周期理论研究提供新的发展思路。
Using literature method and etc.,this paper,combining with the development of training theory,studies the problems of cycle theory,helps coaches to deal with the relationships between competition and training and provides the new development thinking for the future research of cycle theory.
