摘要
设计一种基于单片机和LabVIEW的工频耐压试验系统。根据实际试验过程中的需要,该系统具有数据采集、串行通信、虚拟界面、参数实时检测、继电器保护、电机控制等功能。该测控系统的硬件采用模块化结构,包括实时数据采集模块、电机控制模块、检测与保护模块;软件实现是基于稳定性较好的AVR Mega128单片机和功能强大的LabVIEW软件,单片机和PC机之间以串口的形式实现通信,有机地整合各硬件模块。该系统大大提升了试验过程的安全性并提高了高压工频耐压试验设备的自动化程度,同时考虑了低廉的开发成本。
A design of voltage withstand test system based on LabVIEW and MCU is designed.According to the actual demand of the test process,this system has the functions of data collection,serial communication,virtual interface,parameter real-time detection,relay protection,motor control etc.The hardware of this system adopts modularized structure,including real-time data acquisition module,motor control module,detection and protection module.The software is based on stable AVR Mega128 single-chip microcomputer and full-featured LabVIEW software.MCU and PC organically integrate various hardware modules in the form of serial communication.The development of the system has greatly simplified the experimental process and improved the degree of automation,at the same time,the system has considered the low cost.
