摘要
介绍一种应用AVR单片机的内燃机车柴油机转速测量装置,克服了以往由于转速传感器输出脉冲少而必需增加倍频电路的缺点,节约了成本。由于摒弃了定时采样而采用了测量脉冲宽度的方法,测量精度也得到了大大的提高。通过在东风4B/4D型内燃机车上的应用得到了良好的测量结果。
The paper introduces the speed measurement device equipped with AVR microcontroller for locomotive engine. The device reduces cost for the necessary frequency multiplication for speed sensor is not needed in the device because speed sensor outputs low pulse, and gets a much high measurement precision by the method of measuring width of pulse instead of time sampling. The device has been used in the Dongfeng 4B/4D locomotive engine with a good result.
