摘要
通过对模具钢材销售企业的调查分析,针对企业实际生产管理过程存在的下料方案不合理、人工选料费时等问题,提出了模具钢材模拟切割系统的需求分析及可行性分析。运用.NET开发平台和SQLServer2000数据库等软件,选用C#开发语言,开发了基于三层C/S模式的模具钢材模拟切割系统。通过设计绘图算法,采用.NET组件、数据库优化、泛型等技术实现模具钢材的库存管理、自动匹配选料,并用三维图形形象模拟下料车间的切割过程并用图显示切割结果等功能,为企业下料车间提供参考。
After the investigating Mould steel sales enterprise about unreasonable cutting plan,time-consuming choosing materials,the demand analysis and feasibility analysis of system were proposed.With.NET development platform,SQL2000 database and C# language,a three-layer C/S mode based mould steel simulate cutting system is presented.Through the design drawing algorithm,adopted technology of.NET module,database optimization and generics,the system realized mould steels simulating cutting,storage management,automatic matching and choosing materials,three-dimensional graphic image of the simulation with plant material under the cutting process and cutting functions results,provided reference for the cutting workshop.
