摘要
根据目前对优化下料问题的研究现状,指出优化下料问题应综合考虑产品设计、生产、制造过程,给出了影响一维优化下料问题的复杂约束状态;以可加工性好和原材料利用率高为目标,建立了复杂约束状态下以综合资源消耗最少为目标函数的优化下料问题的数学模型;提出并实现了非定长优化和定长优化相结合的两阶段一维优化下料方法。最后,通过实例验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
According to the research status of cutting-stock problem,it was pointed out that product design,production and manufacturing process should be systematically considered.Then,the complex constraints status influencing one-dimensional cutting stock problem was presented.By taking the minimum integrated resource consumption as the objective function,a mathematical model of cutting stock problem under complex constraints status was established with the goal of good manufacturability and high utilization rate of raw materials.Based on it,the two-stage optimization method was presented by integrating the non-fixed-length optimization method and the fixed-length optimization method,and was also realized.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by an example.
