摘要
针对现有的计算机下料系统在算法和工作流程方面存在的不足,提出基于改进BFD算法的多规格一维下料求解方法,同时引入流程再造的思想,改善优化下料的工作流程,在此基础上开发了新型的计算机优化下料系统。
Shortages of existing computer-aided cutting system in algorithm and workflow are analyzed at first, then the modified BFD algorithm is adopted to solve the variable-sizes one-dimensional cutting-stock problem. Thirdly, the idea of Business Process Reengineering(BPR) is used for reference to optimize the workflow, and finally a new type of computer-aided cutting system is developed.
