猪致病性大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:2

摘要 2010年8月贵阳市某养猪场送检4头疑似大肠杆菌病的病死小猪,从心、肝、肾、淋巴结、脾中无菌操作接种鲜血营养琼脂平板、普通营养琼脂平板、麦康凯琼脂平板,经生化试验、PCR扩增,分离鉴定出1株大肠杆菌,经动物试验其致病性较强,发病率100%(20/20),致死率100%(20/20),表明:此菌为致病性大肠杆菌。药敏试验表明,此菌对丁胺卡拉霉素敏感,对氯霉素中度敏感,对其他药物不敏感。 One strain of E.coli was cultured by aseptic inoculation to blood nutrient agar plate,common nutrient agar plate,and Mac C agar plate,isolated from heart,liver,kidney,lymph node,and spleen of 4 dead piglets suspected E.coli infection from a farm in Guiyang city in August.2010,and identified by biochemical test and PCR amplification.Result of animal pathogenic test showed that it was a pathogenic E.coli which had stronger pathogenicity,with 100% of both morbidity and mortality(20/20).The drug sensitive test result indicated that it was sensitive to butylamine kalamycin,moderately sensitive to chloramphenicol,but it was not sensitive to other drugs.
