摘要
采用Gleeble-3500单道次热压缩试验研究了X120管线钢的动态再结晶行为。结果表明:该钢在温度1 050~1 150℃和应变速率0.01~0.1 s-1下变形时容易发生动态再结晶;当应变速率为1~10 s-1时,动态再结晶难于发生。该钢热变形时的Z(Zener-Hollomon)参数方程为Z=.εexp[(498.288×/1038.31T)];动态再结晶发生的临界应变量εc和Z参数的关系为εc=0.034 445 lnZ-1.200 188 3;动态再结晶变形激活能Qd=498.288 kJ/mo。l试验结果为该钢轧制工艺的制定提供了依据。
Dynamic recrystallization behavior of X120 pipeline steel was investigated by uniaxial hot compression tests performed on Gleeble-3500 Thermo-mechanical simulator.The results showed that under the condition of temperatures of 1 050~1 150 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01~0.1 s-1,the dynamic recrystallization occurred.When the strain rate increased to 1~10 s-1,the dynamic recrystallization didn't take place in the deformation process.By studying the strain-stress curves and observations of recrystallization grains,the Zener-Hollomon parametric equation was established:Z=ε·exp[498.288×1038.31T].The relation between the critical strain εc and the Z parameter was: εc = 0.034 445 lnZ-1.200 188 3.The activation energy of dynamic recrystallization of the X120 pipeline steel Qd was 498.288 kJ/mol.The results could provide reference for formulating the rolling process window.
