摘要
测定肾衰康口服液中黄芪甲苷含量。采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱柱:Diamonsil-C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30:70);流速:1mL/min;漂移管温度:105℃;载气流速:2.5L/min。黄芪甲苷进样量在0.4μg～4μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.85%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
To determine the content of Astraloside in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor.Astraloside in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor was deter-minated by HPLC-ELSD,Use the Diamonsil-C18（4.6×250 mm,5μm） column,its mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（30：70）.The flow rate was 1mL/min,drift tube temperature was 105℃a,nd gas flowrate was 2.5L/min.It was showed that the Astraloside had a good lineari-ty within the range of 0.4μg^4μg（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery was 98.85 %,and RSD=1.65%（n=6）.This method is simple and ac-curate for determination of Astraloside content in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor.
