摘要
建立两种薯蓣属植物根茎中薯蓣皂苷的含量测定方法，采用ZORBAX SB-C18（4．6×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-水（47：53）为流动相，蒸发光散射检测器检测。药材粉末经甲醇超声波提取后，直接进样测定。薯蓣皂苷与其它成分分离良好，线性范围：0．13～1．30mg/mL，平均回收率为95．6％。
To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of dioscin in the rhizomes of two Dioscorea species, the following conditions were used ： （ ZORBAX SB-C18 （4.6 ×250 mm,5 μn） column, acetonitrile-water （47： 53 ） as mobile phase and detect with ELSD. Dioscin was well separated ,the linear calibration curve ranged from 0.13 to 1.30 mg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 95.6%.
