中华蜜蜂防御素基因克隆及生物信息学分析 被引量:2

摘要 防御素是昆虫体内抵抗外界微生物的重要物质,中华蜜蜂对病原微生物具有较强的抵抗力。本研究利用PCR技术克隆了中华蜜蜂防御素基因,对得到的基因组序列进行了详细的生物信息学分析,发现中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂防御素蛋白氨基酸序列的相似性达到92%,与其它物种也具有比较高的同源性,防御素蛋白存在比较明显的信号肽序列和跨膜区结构,这与其它昆虫的防御素蛋白的结构和功能相似,从而为进一步研究中华蜜蜂防御素的生物功能提供良好的铺垫。 Defensin is an important protein to defend pathogenic microorganism around the environment,and the apis cerana fabricius had strong defense to pathogenic microorganism.The genome DNA of defensin gene was cloned by using PCR and the bioinformatics analysis was performed on the nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence was deduced.The protein of defensin was conservative and the simi-larity between apis cerana fabricius and apis mellifera linnaeus was 92%.A signal peptide sequence and transmembrane domain were found in defensin protein and the same specific motifs were found in other kinds of insects.This study provided good base to analyze the biological functions of bee defensin.
