摘要 目的评价黄芪注射液配合适形放疗同步化疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效。方法 40例宫颈癌患者随机分为黄芪组与对照组,对两组的白细胞、B细胞及NK细胞水平、近期疗效与远期疗效对比统计。结果使用黄芪后,与对照组相比,血细胞与免疫细胞恢复水平都较快,差异有统计学意义;近期效果比较差别不明显,远期效果能够提高无瘤生存率与减低复发率及死亡率。结论黄芪能够通过改善患者的免疫功能而辅助免疫功能的加快恢复,在远期疗效上作用更为明显,是一种很好的肿瘤辅助性药物。 Objective To explore the effect of Astragalus and conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy on locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods Totally 40 cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into two group.The 20 cases in the Astragalus group and the 20 cases in the control group.The blood parameters of white blood cells,B cells and NK cell levels,the recent efficacy and comparative statistical analysis of long-term efficacy.Results After the use of astragalus,compared with the control group,blood cells and immune cells,a statistically significant faster recovery levels are significant;No significant difference compared short-term effect,long-term effects can improve disease-free survival and reduce recurrence rate and mortality.Conclusions Astragalus can improve the patient's immune function by supporting the immune function and speed up the recovery in long-term effect obviously,it is a good adjuvant cancer drugs.
