摘要
以江苏某柠檬酸厂的实际生产为基础,对传统钙盐法和连续色谱法两种柠檬酸生产工艺进行了系统的清洁生产评价。结果表明:色谱法比钙盐法消耗的原材料少,排放的污染物也少。以此为基础,为柠檬酸行业的清洁生产提出了建议。
The cleaner production performance of two citric acid production processes,namely,conventional calcium salt method and continuous chromatography method was systematically evaluated,in a full-scale production manufacturer.The results indicated that continuous chromatography method consumes less raw materials and discharge less pollutants than the conventional calcium salt method does.Based on the evaluation,further improvement in the production processes for material conservation and pollution prevention was suggested.
