摘要
推行绿色低碳住宅是房地产业健康发展的重要方式,住宅产业化是发展绿色低碳住宅的重要途径,住宅产业化依托保障性住房发展具有明显优势,尤其公共租赁住房建设是实施住宅产业化的有效途径,是推动绿色低碳住宅建设的突破口。本文通过分析发展绿色低碳住宅的作用、存在的困难及公共租赁住房的特质,提出在公共租赁住房建设过程中实施住宅产业化的措施,以及推行绿色低碳住宅的有关建议。
To advocate Green Low-carbon Residence is essential for healthy development of real-estate industry,and industrialization of housing paves a good way to develop Green Low-carbon Residence,which shows its advantage based on affordable housing development.Construction of public-rent housing,an effective way in particular to carry out the industrialization of housing,serves as a breakthrough for promoting Green Low-carbon Residence.Through analysis of the effect on developing Green Low-carbon Residence,its possible troubles,and features of Public-rent Housing,the thesis put forward measures to implement industrialization of housing in construction of public-rent housing,and relevant advice to promote Green Low-carbon Residence.
