摘要
目的:建立用HPLC-ELSD同时测定GSSM颗粒中酸枣仁皂苷A和人参皂苷Rb1的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱SUPELCO Discovery C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,ELSD参数:漂移管温度104℃,载气流速2.8 mL·min-1。结果:该法加样回收率酸枣仁皂苷A为98.67%,人参皂苷Rb1为100.32%。结论:结果准确,重现性好,可作为控制GSSM颗粒质量的方法。
Objective：To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 in GSSM granules.Method：SUPELCO Discovery C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase in a gradient program at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detector drift tube temperature was set at 104 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 2.8 mL·min-1.Result：The average recovery were 98.67% and 100.32% for jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 respectively.Conclusion：The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of GSSM granules.
