摘要
目的制定通脉强肾酒中淫羊藿苷的含量控制标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法对方中的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定，色谱条件采用Discovery C18（4．6mm×150mm），流动相为乙腈-0．025mol／L磷酸溶液（25：75），检测波长270nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0．1344—0．896μg（r=0．9999）范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98．3％（n=9），RSD为0．95％。结论该方法简便，准确。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Icariin in Tongmai Qiangshen Wine. Methods With Discovery column C18, the mobile phase was acetonirile- 0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid （25： 75）. The detection wavelength was 270nm. Results The icariin samples showed a good relationship within the range of 0. 1344 - 0. 896, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery of add samples was 97.4, RSD was 1.60%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
