摘要
白油中存在着单环芳烃和多环芳烃物质,其吸收光谱相互重叠,在测定波长260~300 nm范围内,采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)法同时测定白油中单环芳烃和多环芳烃的含量,当残差平方和PRESS达到最小值时,确定PLS回归中二组分的主成分数均为4,分析结果表明,样品中单环芳烃和多环芳烃的回收率在93.73%~101.31%,线性范围分别在0.99×10-1~5.05×10-1mg/g和0.47×10-1~2.47×10-1mg/g之间,取得了满意的分析结果。
Partial least squares regression(PLS) method is used to measure monocyclic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in white oil of the seriously overlapped absorbance spectra.The spectra from 260 to 300 nm were scanned.The least PRESS was used to determine the factor number,then the factor of components were four in PLS.The result shows that the average recovery of each component is all in the range from 93.73% to 101.31% and the linear ranges are 0.99×10-1~5.05×10-1 mg/g,0.47×10-1~2.47×10-1 mg/g,respectively.Each component obtains satisfactory result.
