摘要
《尼伯龙根之歌》中的哈根一般被评论界贬为小人和野心家,是英雄西格弗里特的对立面。但通过文本细读我们发现,史诗在叙事上实际也对哈根倾注了热烈的赞颂。当我们用史诗所处时代的伦理标准去评价哈根时,会发现他其实是一个集众多优秀品质于一身的人物,是史诗的真正英雄。
Hagen in Nibelungenlied is often regarded as a wicked machinator while Siegfried a true hero. However, with a close reading of the text, this paper tries to argue that the narration of the epic proves Hagen a positive hero, who embodies diverse virtues of his time and nation.
