摘要
采用社会网络分析方法对手机用户的短信发送行为从交往圈和交往频度这两个方面进行实证研究。通过对出度、入度、交往圈大小、入出边比、新联系人比、出边平均权重和出边权重方差等七个行为特征的统计分析,刻画以用户自我为中心的社交行为,总结短信使用者的交往模式,为电信运营商对手机短信客户细分、短信异常行为监控和短信合理定价提供依据。
In this paper social network analysis method is taken in the study of mobile user SMS sending behaviours from the aspects of communication circle and frequency.Ego-centric interaction behaviours are described and SMS users' interaction patterns are extracted through statistical analysis of seven behavioural features:Out-degree,In-degree,Circle-size,In-out-ratio,New-contactor-ratio,Out-average-weight and Out-weight-deviation.The study helps mobile operators to segment customer,monitor abnormal SMS behaviours and price SMS fees reasonably.
