摘要
大都市是城市化发展到较高阶段时产生的城市空间形式。构建温州大都市的战略选择,应从温州实际出发,正确认识温州城市发展历史方位与目标定位,切实把握大都市的发展条件。现阶段温州应着重于建设地区性大都市,科学编制规划,优化都市功能,创新建设和管理机制,逐步实现温州地区性大都市的战略目标。
Metropolis is a urban spatial form produced when the city develops to a comparatively high level.The strategic development of Wenzhou metropolis should start from Wenzhou＇s reality,having a correct understanding of the history of Wenzhou＇s development and the its target and grasping the developing conditions of metropolis.At present,Wenzhou should focus on building a regional metropolis,making plans in a scientific way,optimizing the functions and reforming the construction and management mechanism so as to achieve the strategic goal of being regional metropolis.
