摘要
以工业以太网、Modbus通讯技术为基础,结合三维力控软件PCAuto 3.62、西门子PLC等工控技术,根据换热站供冷系统的工艺流程,采用换热站溴化锂机组远程监控设计方案,实现了供冷系统现场数据的采集、设备的监控和自动控制,改善了员工的工作环境,保障了供冷服务质量,降低了能源消耗,取得了良好的经济效益。
Based on industrial Ethernet and Modbus communication technology,with industrial control technologies like PCAuto 3.62 three-dimensional force control software,Siemens PLC,etc.,according to technological process of cool supply system in heat exchange station,adopting design system for remote monitoring of lithium bromide unit in heat exchange station,the cool supply system's field data acquisition,equipment monitoring and automatic control were achieved,the employee's working environment was improved,the cool supply service quality was guaranteed,the energy consumption was reduced and the better economic benefits were obtained.
