摘要
针对船舶动力系统运行时会产生大量多种形式的低品位余热,而这些余热恰好适合作为溴化锂吸收式制冷机的驱动热源,并利用动力系统余热实现船舶的空气调节.介绍了船舶柴油机动力系统所产生的几种余热形式,以及复合热源型溴化锂吸收式制冷机的热力性能、制冷循环效率和回收这些余热的可行性方案.并与电力驱动的压缩式制冷循环在经济性、安全性和能源利用效率等方面进行综合分析对比,论述了船舶节能和余热回收利用的可行性和必要性.
According to abundant low-waste heat produced from Marine Power Plant,which is suitable for air-conditioning system of ship and be used as driving heat source of the LiBr Absorption refrigerator.Some forms of low-waste heat produced from ship engine system and feasible schemes be used for Hybrid heat source LiBr Absorption refrigerator to recycle it be introduced.Thermal performance and refrigeration cycle efficiency also be discussed in this paper.Meanwhile, the Absorption refrigerator is compared with Compression refrigerator which be droved by electric power in economy,safety and energy utilization efficiency.The necessity of energy-saving and waste heat-recovering of ship is discussed in this paper.
