摘要
目的探讨人格特征对哮喘患者情绪状况的影响。方法对120例哮喘患者采用艾森克人格问卷和简式简明心境问卷进行调查,并与全国常模和正常组常模进行对比分析。结果哮喘患者艾森克人格问卷的神经质和掩饰性分显著高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);简式简明心境问卷总分和紧张、抑郁、愤怒、疲乏、混乱负性情绪分显著高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而正性情绪精力维度分显著低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。哮喘患者的总体情绪状况与人格的神经质和精神质维度呈显著负相关,与内外向和掩饰性维度呈显著正相关;哮喘患者人格的神经质和内外向维度进入总体情绪状况的回归方程。结论人格的神经质和内外向维度是影响哮喘患者情绪障碍的重要因素,临床治疗中应对患者的负性情绪进行干预,从而到达管理和控制哮喘的目的。
[Objective]To study the effect of personality characteristics on the emotion of patients with asthma. [Methods]120 patients with asthma were investigated by Eysenck Personality Questionaire(EPQ) and Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF),and the results were compared with the national norm and the control norm. [Results]The results of EPQ showed that neuroticism scores and mask scores of patients with asthma were significantly higher than national norm(P0.01).The results of POMS-SF showed that the total scores and scores of negative emotions which included stress,depression,anger,fatigue and confusion were significantly higher than national norm(P0.01),and the positive emotions scores of energy was significantly lower than national norm(P0.01).The total emotional status of patients with asthma showed a significant negative correlation with dimensions of nervousness and psycholepsy,and had a significant positive correlation with dimensions of introversion/extroversion and mask.The dimensions of nervousness and introversion/extroversion of personality in patients with asthma were included in the regression equation of total emotional status. [Conclusion]The dimensions of nervousness and introversion/extroversion of personality are the important factors influencing the emotional disorder in patients with asthma.In order to manage and control the asthma,it is necessary to intervene the negative emotions of patients in clinic.
